We are aware that beauty is important, but we prefer to rank it third. Beauty it is too subjective, so we engage everyday in proposing a totally natural product – able to last over the years – and rich and variable series that can satisfy different styles and different tastes.”
Our choice is to take on in full compliance of professional ethics and care, to develop the new building that will respect our final client, help him to understand the product he is buying, help him seriously to get the differences among each product to discover where the real worth is.

PROFILE

Fiemme 3000 was founded in 1993 by visionary idea of Marco Felicetti, Fulvio Kapeller and Umberto De Marco, an intuition considered out the market for those years: offer a unique, natural and absolutely healthy product. In one word, biocompatible.
Since 2001, the new headquarters of D.K.Z. (Fiemme 3000 are the identification brand for the biocompatible wooden floors) has been situated in Predazzo, in the heart of Val di Fiemme, about 1.000 above sea level.
It’s a dynamic facility, where the different units can work together in a very functional and harmonious way. In our huge open space, we have organized the warm and welcoming showroom, that opens out to a small and cosy stube (a typical nook), that welcomes people at the entrance of the showroom: here everything smells of wood, from the floors to the roofs, and our guests can see and touch all our essences.
At the ground floor there is the production area, where our people develop all different steps of the manufacturing process: the wide and large warehouses are the place of birth of our products that, from semi-finished, will be gradually worked, then packed and sent.
We decided to follow coherent policy, style and conception and keep on investing in the careful training of our staff, through a rich calendar of targeted education, focused especially on the different protagonists of our production chain: artisans, layers, sellers, all parts of our team and for that reason we want to train together.

From the wind that blows down the valley, from water that pours down from the glaciers but, most of all, from woods and trees that here are more than 60 millions and have the privilege to grow healthy and strong, in flourishing and unpolluted forests. Our forests are looked after with the same passion and care that our valley traditionally is observing for the environment.
Passion is fundamental to maintain the healthiness of wood that, directly from the forests, arrives at the homes of people that choose to live in a healthy way.
Fiemme 3000 guarantees this passage thanks to the total lack of varnishes and chemical glues: our treatments are all biocompatible, that means “harmless” for each organism. This is the binding rule that Fiemme 3000 has been following strictly since the beginning of its history: the wood grows healthy and strong and, with these same characteristics, it enters in people’s homes, in the absolute respect for life and the health of families.

Duration.
The masters of wood that work to create all Fiemme 3000 products are craftsmen deeply in love with nature. They perfectly know the raw material that they work with an extreme precision, from the cutting of the tree to the laying of the floor. Our wood professionals are regularly committed in researching new and performing solutions, in order to obtain a healthy and beautiful – but also reliable – product.
Serious, accurate, always up-to-date professionals, who are used to putting into the foreground the client’s satisfaction. Our people know the best way to make wood live also in our homes. How? Just treating it with love, nourishing it and keeping its natural beauty thanks to the use of wax based oiling, vegetable resins and balsamic oils: the same nourishments that protect the plant when it still stands in the forest. This way, the wood remains living and able to keep its total naturalness also during the laying: no chemical glues nor other dangerous substances that may damage our health, but a mat made of environmental friendly cardboard or of virgin wool. Cares and attentions can maintain both strength and natural practicality of wood and when a Fiemme 3000 floor becomes old, it loses no qualities, but acquires charm and strength, taking you on a biocompatible journey that lasts a lifetime.

2015 updated collections match the values of healthiness, duration and beauty with a remarked sense of affection connected to the product that already the names of the wood can express well. As a matter of facts, the naming used in each essence has a strong emotional meaning, as it turns out to be a touching and genuine tribute to our territory, to the history and the nature of Val di Fiemme that represents the guardian of our company’s roots. From neologisms or dialectal words, now we can show our client Fior di Fiemme, Boschi di Fiemme, Luci di Fiemme, Fiemme Antica and Mani di Fiemme. The common denominator of all Fiemme 3000-branded products is the special technical characteristics that make each board waterproof and resistant against wear, features that guarantee an easy laying and a simple maintenance. These properties are guaranteed thanks to the treatment Fiemme 3000 Bio Plus, a natural treatment composed of a mix of more than 50 vegetable and mineral substances (bee waxes, resins, balsamic oils) that can protect as much as the the traditional varnishes. The fundamental and remarkable difference between the two is that our substances are absolutely natural and biocompatible.
